Adolf Friesen is a Project Manager at Hiebert Glass Inc., bringing more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, and project execution to the commercial glazing industry. A Tool and Die Maker by trade, Adolf has spent much of his career working in machining, automation, CAD design, robotic weld programming, and CNC machining. Over the past five years, he served as a Robotics and Automation Manager, overseeing the procurement, installation, and implementation of automation and robotic welding systems at manufacturing facilities across North America. Today, Adolf is applying the skills and experience gained throughout his career to his role at Hiebert Glass Inc. He enjoys working with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams to deliver successful projects and continues to expand his knowledge of the commercial glazing industry. His background in managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and solving technical challenges provides a strong foundation for his work in construction. Outside of work, Adolf enjoys traveling, spending time with family, skiing, and playing pickleball.
