Dustin Hiebert

Chief Estimator/Project manager

Dustin Hiebert is the Chief Estimator, and Project Manager at Hiebert Glass Inc. With more than 20 years of construction experience and six years specializing in commercial glazing, Dustin brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every project. He studied Construction Engineering Technology at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, and completed estimating co-op placements with both PCL Construction and EllisDon, where he gained valuable experience working on large commercial projects. Today, he oversees estimating, project management, and client relations at HGI, helping guide projects from tender through completion. Dustin enjoys working closely with architects, consultants, general contractors, and suppliers to solve complex building envelope challenges and deliver successful projects. His technical background, industry experience, and hands-on understanding of construction allow him to bridge the gap between design, budgeting, and execution. Outside of work, Dustin enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, and spending time with his wife and cockapoo Hazel.
