Hazel is the CFO (Chief Floof Officer) and VP of Employee Happiness at HGI. Hazel brings with her an extensive history of creating smiles, giving kisses, and boosting moral everywhere she goes. Hazel plays a critical role in establishing a welcoming environment in the office and ensuring her coworkers maintain a positive attitude throughout the day. With her friendly disposition, exuberant nature, and extraordinary people skills, Hazel ensures that estimates are calculated accurately, project management is conducted proactively, and that relationships with our business partners are built on trust, loyalty, and the occasional cuddle. Outside of work, Hazel is a therapy dog with Sunshine Therapy Dogs, where she especially enjoys meeting children and brightening their day. As well, Hazel loves swimming at the beach, running off leash at a local park, and snuggling with her favourite people.
