Junior Project Manager

Musa Ali is a Junior Project Manager intern at Hiebert Glass Inc. and a third-year Civil Engineering student at Western University. As a developing professional in the construction and glazing industry, he brings a strong work ethic, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn to every project he supports. While relatively new to the glazing and construction field, he has quickly developed an appreciation for the industry through hands-on project involvement. He enjoys visiting job sites and seeing projects progress through the various stages of construction, gaining valuable insight into how planning, coordination, and execution come together to deliver successful results. He is passionate about expanding his knowledge and continues to learn something new every day while working alongside experienced industry professionals. Prior to joining Hiebert Glass Inc., he spent five years working as a mechanic while attending school. This experience provided him with a strong technical foundation, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of how complex systems function and are assembled. Outside of work, he enjoys working on cars, watching horror movies, spending time with his fiance, and travelling.
